If you notice anything that resembles the look of acne, it would be best to seek advice from a dermatologist. Apart from the initial back acne preventing scheme, you should make sure to stay clean and wear clean clothes. Along with hygiene, make it a good habit to eat healthy, such as fruits with high water and Vitamin A content. Vitamin A is plays a huge role in helping rebuild skin cells and water keeps your skin from going dry.
